Another chicken recipe

We eat a lot of chicken in this family!  Anyway, this is just something I kind of modified from another recipe. It’s gonna be a working progress.


Chicken(any parts) – I used 6 chicken thighs

sea salt


3/4 cup brown sugar

garlic powder or regular crushed garlic

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Arrange everything on a dish.  I add a little water and canola oil.  Coat chicken with the ingredients and bake for 1 hour.  I let it brown  in the end by removing the casserole cover.
