Gluten-free chicken nuggets

Also no dairy, corn, egg, and soy.   Check your garlic powder to make sure it has no corn derivatives.  By the way, I always make something in a small batch first.  That way, if it doesn’t work out, not much is wasted.  🙂

Chicken breast, cut into 6 pieces

1/2 cup rice flour (white or brown is fine).

Garlic powder

Pepper

onion powder

sea salt

Dairy-free margarine or butter substitute

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.    Put the dairy-free margarine or butter in the pan and let it sit in the oven while it’s heating up.  Mix ingredients into a bowl.   Coat the chicken parts.  Arrange in the pan(when the margarine is melted).   Don’t cover when cooking.  Cook about 10 mins on each side or until a little brown an crispy.
