Curry ground turkey and potatoes

1 medium sized red potato, peeled and diced

Extra virgin olive oil

2 carrots, peeled and diced

handful of diced onions and garlic

ground pepper

sea salt or kosher salt

curry powder

Ground turkey

On  medium heat put EVOO,  saute garlic and pepper, add turkey then all the other spices.   Add potatoes, add a little water to boil a little.   Stir occasionally.  Once potatoes are soft and water dried out, stir again.  I like this dish with no broth at all.

You can serve over rice or wraps or pita bread(if you’re able to have gluten).
